Harold Ivan (Hal) Conklin, of Manhattan, Kansas, passed away Thursday, October 13th, at his home. He was eighty three years old.

Harold was born on April 11, 1928, a son of the late Berna (Fitch) and Frank Conklin.

Hal was a veteran, serving his country honorably in the U.S. Army Air Force. Following his military service, he became a member of the Riley County Police Department, where he worked for thirty years.

A graveside service will be conducted at Valley View Memorial Gardens, Manhattan, Kansas, at 10:00 am on Friday, October 21st.
